3. Products, Pricing & Orders

3.1 Product Descriptions. We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may appear differently on different screens, and we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy.

3.2 Handcrafted Variation. Every Cardamom saree that is handwoven will result into slight variations in weave, texture, colour depth, and finish that are natural and inherent to the craft - they are not defects. These variations are what make each piece unique.

3.3 Small Batch Availability. Our sarees are produced in small batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order and to discontinue products without notice. Listing a product on the Website does not guarantee availability.

3.4 Order Confirmation. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

3.5 Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.6 Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for post-delivery options.

4. Payments

4.1 We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

4.2 We do not store your payment card information.

4.3 In the event of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, please contact us at hello@wearcardamom.com with your order details. Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 5-7 working days.

4.4 Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may attract an additional handling charge as displayed at checkout.

5.1 We ship across India. 

5.2 Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate - we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
