Our Promise

Every saree at Cardamom is personally sourced and quality checked before it reaches you. We stand behind what we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right - simply and without friction.

Returns

Window: 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be accepted, your saree must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In its original packaging with all tags intact

Accompanied by your order details

We arrange reverse pickup at no additional cost wherever the service is available at your pin code. If pickup isn't available in your area, we will ask you to self-ship and reimburse Rs.100 toward courier charges.

Once we receive and inspect the saree, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

A small tip: Photograph your saree as soon as you open the package. It protects you and helps us resolve any concerns faster if they come up.

What's Eligible

All full-price sarees purchased on https://wearcardamom.com/ are eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below.

Not eligible:

Sarees purchased during a sale (eligible for exchange)

Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned

Sarees without original tags and packaging cannot be returned

Exchanges

Window: 3 days from the date of delivery.

One exchange per order.

Same saree, different colorway: No additional charge.

Exchanging for a higher-priced saree: You pay the difference at the time of raising the request

Exchange orders are delivered to the original shipping address. COD is not available for exchange shipments.

If you wish to return an already exchanged item - you'll get a refund to the original payment method

Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned saree passes our quality check.

Expect your refund within 7-10 working days of us receiving the item.

COD charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Sarees

We personally check every saree before it ships. If something slipped through - a weaving defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part - we take full responsibility.

How to Raise a Request

Your Order ID

What you need: return, exchange, or a defect report

Clear photographs of the defect

We aim to respond within 1 business day.

We'll offer you a replacement, a full refund - your choice. We won't make you prove the obvious. If it's our fault, we own it.
