Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping charge: Free, regardless of the number of items in your order.

Free shipping on all orders 

Delivery timeline: 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.

Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days of confirmation. You will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS once your order is on its way.

Address changes: Need to update your delivery address? Write to us at hello@wearcardamom.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.

Undelivered orders: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will make up to two additional attempts. If the order is returned to us (RTO), we will notify you and arrange re-dispatch or issue a refund for the product value.

A Few things to Know

We ship on working days only (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Cardamom is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

All sarees are carefully packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us at hello@wearcardamom.com within 48 hours.
